Tomorrow, our good friend, Dana Avery, will run in her first marathon, The Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. She is running for the Leukeima & Lymphoma Society’s “Team in Training”, to raise money for cancer research. Her motivation for choosing this particular organization is in honor of her father, Bill Seman, who was diagnosed a couple of years ago with cancer, but is now cancer free. We wish you the very best, and hope you SMOKE those marine guys!!

Thank you for thinking of me Steph. The marathon was a lot of fun. I am already thinking of doing the Houston Marathon in January. See you in a few weeks
